We have an astounding opportunity for a Director of Operational Support to join one of the most exciting and fastest growing companies in the industry.  In this role you will report directly to the CEO and you will play an important role in developing operational strategy.  We offer an opportunity for the right person to utilize their strong analytical and statistical skills along with their knowledge of Business Intelligence.  The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing data, solving problems, increasing efficiencies and have an understanding of operational processes.  Relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities:

Liaison between Operations, Business Intelligence and our CEO

Collaborate with VP of Operations and Business Intelligence to identify, through data science and analysis, operational areas of improved efficiencies.

Compile and communicate statistical data as required in the performance standards and to report status of work and results to CEO.

Identify potential opportunities and efficiencies while capitalizing on new innovative processes and methodologies

Recommend and implement operational techniques and methodologies that ensure highest level of environment availability.
